| 摘 要： | 目的:分析四物汤配方颗粒治疗青春期功能性子宫出血的疗效。方法:将204例青春期功能性子宫出血患者随机分为治疗组109例和对照组95例,治疗组采用四物汤配方颗粒治疗,对照组采用西药治疗。结果:与对照组比较,治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且痊愈和有效病例的止血效果与对照组接近。结论:四物汤配方颗粒治疗青春期功能性子宫出血疗效明显。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To observe the clinical efficacy of the formula granula of Siwu decoction for pubertal dysfunctional Uterine bleeding.METHODS： A total of 204 pubertal dysfunctional uterine bleeding cases were randomly assigned to receive formula granula of Siwu decoction（n = 109, trial group） or western medicine（n = 95, control group） .RESULTS： The trial group showed higher total effective rate than in the control group, showing significant differences between the two groups （P〈0.05）, and the effect of cure and hemostasis showed approximation than in the control group.CONCLUSION： The formula granula of Siwu decoction showed remarkable efficacy for pubertal dysfunctional uterine bleeding. |
