| 摘 要： | 目的:评价重庆地区医院抗高血压药的应用情况及趋势。方法:对重庆地区18家医院2005～2007年抗高血压药的销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等进行统计、分析。结果:该地区抗高血压药销售金额呈逐年上升趋势;钙通道阻滞药占43.08%,血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药占23.86%;用药频度与销售金额排序列第1位的均为硝苯地平。结论:该地区口服抗高血压药应用情况与国内、外总体用药情况基本相符,符合当前的抗高血压用药原则。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To evaluate the status quo and tendency of the clinical utilization of antihypertensive drugs in Chongqing. METHODS： The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in Chongqing from 2005 to 2007 was analyzed statistically in respect of consumption sum, DDDs and DDC（daily drug cost）, etc. RESULTS： The consumption sum of antihypertensive drugs in Chongqing during the period 2005-2007 increased year by year. The consumption sum of calcium antagonists accounted for 43.08% and that of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonists accounted for 23.86%. Nifedipine occupied the first place on both DDDs list and consumption sum list. CONCLUSION： The utilization of antihypertensive drugs in Chongqing is basically in line with the general medication situation either at home or abroad and it also conforms to the current medication principle of antihypertensive drugs. |
