| 摘 要： | 目的:建立五根散的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对方中西藏棱子芹进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法测定西藏棱子芹中阿魏酸的含量。结果:西藏棱子芹的TLC斑点清晰、分离度好。阿魏酸进样量在0.089 92～0.449 6μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8);平均回收率为99.42%,RSD=1.01%(n=6)。结论:所建标准可用于藏药五根散的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE： To establish the quality standard of Tibetan medicine Wugen powder. METHODS： The component Pleurodpermum hookeri in the formulation was qualitatively identified by TLC, and the content of ferulic acid in P.hookeri was determined by HPLC. RESULTS： The TLC spots of the P.hookeri were distinctive and well- separated. The linear range of ferulic acid was 0. 089 92-0. 449 6μg （r = 0. 999 8） and its recovery rate was 99.42% （RSD 1.01%, n = 6）. CONCLUSION： The established standard is applicable for the quality control of Tibetan medicine Wugen powder. |
