丹参注射液和多巴胺注射液在腹膜透析中的应用

目的:观察丹参注射液和多巴胺注射液对腹膜透析效果的影响。方法:采用自身对照方法,对22例持续性不卧床腹膜透析患者,在腹膜透析液中加入多巴胺注射液20mg、丹参注射液12mL,透析14d,观察用药前后患者尿素氮和肌酐的D/P值、周腹膜尿素氮清除指数(KT/V)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)和周总KT/V、Ccr以及葡萄糖重吸收率、24h净超滤量等指标的变化。结果:腹膜透析液中加入多巴胺和丹参注射液后,患者尿素氮和肌酐的D/P值、腹膜周KT/V、Ccr和周总KT/V、Ccr及24h净超滤量显著高于用药前水平(P<0.05);葡萄糖重吸收率、血液及透出液白蛋白和β2微球蛋白较用药前无显著变化;治疗过程中未见有明显并发症。结论:腹膜透析液中加入丹参注射液与多巴胺注射液可能是一种安全且有效提高腹膜透析充分性的方法。

Application of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae Injection and Dopamine Injection in Peritoneal Dialysis

OBJECTIVE： To observe the effects of combined application of Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae injection and dopamine injection on peritoneal dialysis patients. METHODS： By self-control method, the peritoneal dialysis solution of 22 patients with ambulant continued peritoneal dialysis was added with 20 mg dopamine injection and 12 mL Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae injection for dialysis of 14 days. The D/P values of urea nitrogen（UN） and creatinine（Cr）, week＇ s peritoneal UN clearance index（KT/ V）, the clearance rate of Cr（Ccr）, week＇ s total KT/ V, Ccr, reabsorption rate of glucose and the net amount of 24 hours＇ ultrafihration were recorded before and after medication. RESULTS： The addition of dopamine injection and Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae injection to the peritoneal dialysis solution resulted in significant higher values in week＇s peritoneal KT/V, Ccr and week＇s total KT/V, Ccr and the net amount of 24 hours＇ ultrafiltration as compared with before medication（P 〈 0.05）. However, the differences in reabsorption rate of glucose, levels of albumin and 132 microglobulin in blood and dialysis solution were nonsignificant. No obvious complication was noted during the treatment course. CONCLUSION： The addition of dopamine injection and Radix Salviae Mihiorrhizae injection to the peritoneal dialysis solution is safe and effective for improving the sufficiency of peritoneal dialysis.
