摘    要:目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定前列康欣颗粒中丹酚酸B含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为DiamonsilTMC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-乙睛-水-甲酸(25∶10∶64∶1),检测波长为286nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1。结果:丹酚酸B进样量在0.206~1.854μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为98.0%,RSD=1.5%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便可靠、结果稳定、重复性好,可用于前列康欣颗粒的质量控制。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To develop an HPLC method for the determination of salvianolic acid B in Qianlie kangxin granules. METHODS: The sample was determined on DiamonsilTM C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5μm) with the mobile phase consisted of methanol- acetonitrile-water -formic acid(25 : 10:64 : 1) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL . min^-1.The detection wavelength was set at 286 nm. RESULTS: The linear range of salvianolic acid B was 0. 206-1. 854μg( r = 0.999 9) .The average recovery rate for salvianolic acid B was 98.0% (RSD = 1.5%, n = 6). CONCLUSION: The established method is simple, reliable, stable in results and reproducible, and it is applicable for the quality control of Qianlie kangxin granules.
