我院2006～2008年精神药物应用情况分析

目的:了解我院精神药物的应用状况及趋势。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院2006～2008年精神药物的销售金额、用药频度、日用药金额等进行统计、分析。结果与结论:我院精神药物销售金额大体呈逐年增长趋势。第1代抗精神病药用药频度稳定;非第1代抗精神病药用量呈逐年上升趋势,以利培酮增长速度最快,抗抑郁药以氟西汀、文拉法新及帕罗西汀最常用,三环类抗抑郁药用量明显下降,抗焦虑药以苯二氮类为主。

Utilization of Psychotropic Drugs in Our Hospital During 2006-2008

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the status quo and the tendency of the utilization of psychotropic drugs in our hospital. METHODS： The consumption sum, DDDs and the daily drug cost of psychotropic drugs from 2006 to 2008 were analyzed statistically in this retrospective study. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： The consumption sum of psychotropic drugs in our hospital assumed year- on- year increase tendency. The DDDs of the first generation of psychotropic drugs remained stable. The consumption amount of the non - first generation of antipsychotic drugs increased year on year, with risperidone showing the most rapid increase. Fluoxetine, venlafaxine and paroxetine took the lead among all the antidepressant drugs used. However, the consumption amount of trieyclic antidepressants decreased markedly. Benzodiazepine took the lead among all the antianxiety drugs.
