我院住院部2005～2007年抗乙型肝炎病毒核苷类药应用分析

目的:评价我院住院部抗乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)核苷类药的应用情况及趋势。方法:采用回顾性方法,对我院住院部2005～2007年抗HBV核苷类药的销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:抗HBV核苷类药品种、销售金额及构成比呈逐年增长趋势,以2006年增幅最大,达151.11%;拉米夫定销售金额构成比呈逐年下降趋势,由2005年的100%降至2007年的17.87%;DDDs排序2007年以阿德福韦酯列第1位;DDC以恩替卡韦最高。结论:我院HBV核苷类药应用正逐步规范化,但其程度还有待深化。

Analysis of the Utilization of Anti - HBV Nucleosides Drugs in The Inpatient Department of Our Hospital During 2005~2007

OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the utilization status of anti - HBV nucleosides drugs and the tendency of which in the inpatient department of our hospital. METHODS ： By a retrospective method, the anti - HBV nucleosides drugs used in the inpatients during 2005--2007 were statistically analyzed in respect of the consumption sum, DDDs and DDC, etc. RESULTS： Over the three years, the drug varieties, consumption sum and constituent ratio of anti - HBV nucleosides drugs increased year by year, with 2006 witnessed the highest increase of 151.11% in terms of consumption sum. The constituent ratio of Lamivudine in drug consumption sum decreased year by year from 100% in 2005 to 17.87% in 2007. Topping the list of DDDs was adefovir dipivoxil while leading the first place on the list of DDC was entecavir. CONCLUSION： The utilization of anti - HBV nucleosides drugs in our hospital is getting more and more standard, however, which remains to be standardized further.
