| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血脂康对缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(IMT)的影响。方法:63例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为常规治疗组和血脂康治疗组,疗程6个月,治疗前后测定血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(HDL-C),按Friedewqld公式计算血清低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇(LDL-C)。采用美国惠普公司彩色电脑声像仪测量治疗前后左右侧颅外颈总动脉、分叉部、颈内动脉IMT,以后壁IMT为标准,取6个点的平均值。结果:治疗后血脂康组颈动脉IMT较治疗前明显降低0.82±0.20mm vs 0.93±0.21mm(P<0.05);血清TC、LDL-C水平亦明显降低(P<0.01)。而对照组治疗前后颈动脉IMT和血脂水平无明显变化。结论:血脂康对缺血性脑卒中患者除了有明显的降脂作用外,还具有降低颈动脉IMT的作用,从而进一步预防心脑血管事件的发生。
