氧化型低密度脂蛋白、单核细胞趋化蛋白1与脑梗死颈动脉粥样硬化的关系

摘    要:目的探讨血清氧化型低密度脂蛋白(ox-LDL)、单核细胞趋化蛋白1(MCP-1)水平与脑梗死颈动脉粥样硬化(CAS)的关系。方法选取112例急性前循环脑梗死患者为脑梗死组,49例健康体检者为对照组,均行颈动脉超声检查。脑梗死组按颈动脉内膜中膜厚度(IMT)分为IMT正常组、IMT增厚组及斑块组;其中斑块组按斑块回声性质分为强回声斑块组、混合回声斑块组及低回声斑块组。比较脑梗死组与对照组、不同类型脑梗死亚组血清ox-LDL、MCP-1的水平。结果脑梗死组血清ox-LDL、MCP-1水平高于对照组,斑块组血清ox-LDL、MCP-1水平高于IMT正常组、IMT增厚组,低回声斑块组血清ox-LDL、MCP-1水平高于强回声斑块组、混合回声斑块组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论脑梗死患者血清ox-LDL、MCP-1水平越高,CAS程度越重,斑块发生率越高,且以低回声斑块居多。
