新疆生产建设兵团高危妊娠管理现状及对策

目的为配合国家近期开展的“降消”项目工作,了解兵团近年来高危妊娠管理的现状,找出存在的问题,以便制定相应的干预措施。方法对兵团14个农业建设师的172个农牧团场中的11个师的20个高危妊娠动态监测团场上报的2001—2003年的高危妊娠登记卡进行审核、汇总及分析。结果2001年高危妊娠检出率为18.86%,2004年为17.12%,2003年为16.20%,均比国内相关报道低10.00%左右。而在前10位高危因素构成中,70.00%均为高危动态因素。结论近几年,兵团高危妊娠检出率呈逐年下降趋势。我们认为,这是否与兵团妇幼保健队伍不稳定,保健与临床医务人员的高危妊娠管理水平下降等因素有关。而高危动态因素所占比例大,则可以通过及时、正确的干预措施,基本得到解决。

The Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps High Danger Pregnancy Management Actuality and the Countermeasure
