| 摘 要： | 目的:提高手术撕脱治疗三叉神经痛的效果,减少术后复发。方法:采用经上颌窦颅底圆孔外口上颌神经切断术治疗三叉神经痛。结果:经上颌窦在颅底圆孔外口处高位切断上颌神经,经13例术后10~42个月的随访,无效1例,余12例未见复发。结论:该治疗方法手术径路新,创伤小,视野清楚,术后恢复快,治疗效果好。

| Abstract: | Objective:In order to improve the therapeutic results of trigeminal neuralgia and toreduce postoperational morbility.Methods:Maxillary nerve section through maxillary sinus at formen rotundum of enternal aspect of the base of the skull is a relatively newprocedure.Results:13cases were followed up.The followed up period ranged from 10 to 42 months It appears to have the potential to become a sound treatment for intractable trigeminalneuralgia.1 patient had no effect.12 patients had no recurrence.Conclusions:The method showed that it is an effective new pathway,the visual field clear,recovered quickly,slight injured. |
