| 摘 要： | 目的了解骨折术后不愈合患者血清炎症因子变化与临床的关系。方法32例骨折术后不愈合患者（不愈合组）血清肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、可溶性血管细胞间黏附分子-1（sVCAM-1）和白细胞介素-18（IL-1B）水平进行检测，并与32例健康体检者（对照组）和36例骨折术后Ⅰ期愈合患者（Ⅰ期愈合组）比较。结果不愈合组血清IL-1β、TNF-α和sVCAM-1水平高于对照组和Ⅰ期愈合组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论骨折术后不愈合患者内皮功能受损，巨噬细胞被活化，引起多种细胞因子的释放，从而影响骨折术后愈合。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the relationship of changes of serium inflammatory factors in patients with post-operative nonunion. Methods Levels of tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), soluble intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (sVCAM-1), and interleukin-1 (IL-1β) in 32 cases in nonunion group, in 32 healthy people(control group), and in 36 cases with fracture primary healing after operation(first intention group) were detected. Results TNF-α, sVCAM-1, IL-1β in Group 1 were higher than those in control group and first intention group (P <0.05). Conclusion Damage of endothelial function, activation of macrophage in patients with post-operative nonunion of bone fracture cause cytokines release and hinder post-operative nonunion of bone fracture. |
