血液灌流救治百草枯中毒24例

目的观察血液灌流对百草枯中毒病人的临床疗效。方法对47例百草枯病人随机分组，对照组给予洗胃，应用维生素c和复方丹参、机械通气等对症治疗；治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予血液灌流，观察病人临床病情转归。结果对照组9例死亡，有效率为60．9％；治疗组2例死亡，有效率为91．7％，两组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论血液灌流救治百草枯中毒病人是有效的。

Effect of hemoperfusion in the treatment of paraquat poisoning of 24 cases

Objective To observe the clinical effect of hemoperfusion on paraquat poisoning patients.Methods Forty-seven cases of paraquat poisoning were divided into two groups at random.Control group were given gastrlolavase,compound radix salviae miltitorrhizae,and used mechanical ventilation treatment.Therapy group were treated with hemoperfusion on the basis of the control group.To observe the transformation on patients' condition.Results In the control group,nine cases died,the efficiency rate was 60.9%.In the therapetic group,two cases died,the efficiency rate was 91.7%,there was significant difference between thetwo groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Hemoperfusion is useful and efficacious for paraquat poisoning.
