婴幼儿重症肺炎与多器官功能衰竭

多器官功能衰竭(MSOF)是由Tilney在1973年提出的一个临床综合症,系指两个或两个以上器官同时或先后出现功能衰竭。其发病机理尚未阐明。目前,MSOF已是儿科急救医学的重要组成部份,是儿科急诊医师十分关注的课题。我们统计从1974年4月至1987年12月收治的婴幼儿肺炎4117例。对有多器官功能衰竭表现的421例进行

INFANTILE PNEUMONIA WITH MULTIPLE ORGAN SYSTEM FAILURE

in this papery we analysed 421 cases of multiple organ system failure (MSOF) with pneumonia, which admitted in our hospital from April 1974 to December 1987, Among these patients, 217 cases were MSOF, morbidity 5.3%. Heart failure was main (48.2%) in simple organ failure; both heart farlurte (57.6%) and lung failure (69. 6%) were hightest, in two organ failure. In three organ failure, heart failure (66.7%), lung failure (94.4%), brain failure (33.3%) were the most morbidity.For 114 cases were died, the mortality were 27.1%. mortality of the MSOF was remarkbly higher than simple organ system failure. The cases of MSOF and keys to the prevention were disscused, especially, emphasised importance of treated complication and supported organ function in time.
