淮安市区女职工生殖道感染现状调查分析

目的:了解淮安市市区女职工生殖道感染的现状,制定有效的防治措施。方法:对2010年1月至12月,在我院妇女保健科进行妇科病普查的9 979例妇女,进行常规病史询问、妇科检查、阴道B超检查和阴道分泌物实验室检查,并将生殖道感染情况进行汇总分析。结果:淮安市市区女职工生殖道感染患病率为29.80%,低于国内的35.8%～85.1%;在生殖道感染中以宫颈炎、阴道炎最为常见;30～49岁的育龄妇女患病率最高;银行女职员是生殖道感染的重点防治对象。结论:对育龄妇女及重点人群加强健康教育,提高其自我保健意识,督促感染者定期进行妇科病普查及治疗,是提高妇女生殖健康水平的有效手段。

Current diagnosis of Huai'an downtown female employee genital tract infection

Objective:This paper censuses the current situation of Huai’an downtown female employee genital tract infection and lays down effective preventive measures.Methods: This paper summarizes 9 979 examples of Huai’an downtown female employee genital tract infection examination by enquiring normal medical history,screening gynaecological disease,checking vagina,and so on.Results: Morbidity of Huai’an downtown female employee genital tract infection is 29.80% which was lower than civil average level.Cervicitis and vaginitis were the most normal disease in genital tract infection.Women aging between 30 and 49 were the highest morbidity.Female employees working in bank were the targets of prevention and treatment of genital tract infection.Conclusion: Health education is needed for women of childbearing age and taget group to raise their awareness of self protection,as well as the regular screen-up and treatment.
