RUHOF多酶清洗液在内窥镜清洗中的应用

摘    要:目的观察RUHOF多酶清洗液在内窥镜(以下简称内镜)中的应用效果。方法将使用后的内镜80例次随机分为两组,采用国家卫生部规定的四槽法分别用RUHOF多酶清洗液和流动水清洗,观察清洗后镜身表面附着物、喷嘴堵塞、内镜表面清洁度的变化及内镜内腔、活检钳清洗消毒措施改进前后消毒灭菌的效果监测。结果RUHOF多酶清洗液清洗后,镜身表面附着物、喷嘴堵塞、表面清洁度评分均低于流动水清洗,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);内镜内腔、活检钳清洗消毒措施改进前后消毒灭菌合格率提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论RUHOF多酶清洗液是一种理想的内镜清洗剂,能有效清洗和减少医源性交叉感染的发生。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of RUHOF multi-enzyme cleaning solution in the cleaning of endoscopes.Methods 80 used endoscopes were randomly divided into two groups,which were cleaned with multi-enzyme cleaning solution and flowing water according to the "four-trough" way by Ministry of Health respectively.After cleaning,the change of surface attachment,jet obstruction and surface cleanness,and the monitoring results of disinfection for inner wall of endoscope and biopsy forceps were compared before and after the reformed cleaning and disinfection methods.Result After the cleaning with RUHOF,the scores of surface attachment,jet obstruction and surface cleanness were lower than those cleaned with flowing water((P<0.01).)There were significant difference in the qualified rate of disinfection for inner wall of endoscope and biopsy forceps pre and post experiment((P<0.01).)Conclusion RUHOF multi-enzyme cleaning solution was proved to be an ideal cleaning solution for endoscopes,which could effectively clean the endoscopes and decrease the cross(hospital infection.)
