体外诱导胚胎干细胞分化为生殖细胞的研究进展

胚胎干细胞是一种具有发育全能性的细胞系，理论上能分化为包括生殖细胞在内的各种组织细胞。由于生殖细胞是遗传物质的传递者，所以胚胎干细胞向生殖细胞分化的研究具有更深刻的科学及伦理挑战性。本文简要介绍各国科学家在胚胎干细胞向生殖细胞分化方面的研究进展。

Research Progress on Induction of Embryonic Stem Cells Differentiation to Germ Cells in vitro

Embryonic stem cells(ESC) are undifferentiated totipotent cells that could be differentiated in vivo into any kind of cells theoretically,including germ cells.The germ cells undergoing meiosis that could influence the genetics of progeny ultimately,so successes of the differentiation from ES into germ cells in vitro means great leap not only of significance in development technically but also be a challenge to science interfering with traditional ethic conception.The present work is going to summarize the current research literatures on this topic.
