快速康复外科在老年腹股沟疝术中的应用

目的对比快速康复外科（FTS）和传统方法治疗老年腹股沟疝患者的临床效果。方法将92例老年腹股沟疝患者按就诊时间分为两组：FTS组采用吣治疗，对照组采用传统方法。对比两组患者术后首次通气时间、腹胀发生率、住院费用及术后住院时间等指标。结果FTS组患者住院费用为（2230±389）元，对照组为（2948±520）元；FTS组患者术后住院时间为（5．05±1．28）d，对照组为（7．10±2．70）d，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组患者首次通气时间、术后进食时间、下床活动时间间差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），但两组患者术后腹胀发生率间差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论应用FTS理念治疗，老年腹股沟疝患者术后康复加快，术后住院时间缩短，住院费用减少。

The Application of Fast Track Surgery in Aged Patients with Inguinal Hernia

Objective To compare therapeutic results of fast - track surgery (FTS) and conventional care in aged pa-tients with inguinal hernia (IH) . Methods Ninety - two aged IH patients were separated into 2 groups according to treatment time. FTS group were given FTS, control group traditional treatment. The time of the first flatus, bloating incidence, hospital charges, postoperative hospital stay were compared between 2 groups. Results Hospital charges were lower in FTS group (2 230 ±389 yuan) than in control ( 2 948 ±520 yuan) (P < 0. 05 ). There was significant difference in time of first flatus, postop-erative feeding, ambulation between 2 groups (P <0. 05), but not in abdominal distension (P>0. 05). Conclusion FTS can accelerate postoperative recovery, shorten hospital stay and reduce hospital costs.
