43例真菌性角膜炎的诊断及药物治疗临床分析

的分析经药物治疗的真菌性角膜炎病例的早期诊断方法和治疗过程,探讨药物治疗的可行性。方法收集2004年1月至2005年12月在我院经药物治疗的真菌性角膜炎43例,采用角膜刮片镜检加真菌培养鉴定进行诊断,联合2-3种抗真菌药物治疗、根据病情调整用药并观察治疗过程。结果43例经药物治疗的真菌性角膜炎中,35例镜检发现菌丝,39例真菌培养阳性;抗真菌药物治疗疗程18d-56d,5d-7d开始显效,表现为溃疡开始愈合、上皮逐渐修复。全部病例治愈后无复发。结论角膜刮片镜检是早期诊断真菌性角膜炎的有效方法;对发病早期、病情较轻的患者联合抗真菌药物治疗可取得良好疗效。

Clinical analysis of diagnos is and medication on fungal keratitis

Objective To analysis the early diagnosis and medication on the fungal keratitis cured by medicine .Methods 43 cases of fungal keratitis were cured by medicine from January 2004 to December 2005.The casas were diagnosised by corneal smear examination,fungal culture and strain identification,and received combined antifungal medications,Resuly 35 cases were detectived positive by smear examination and 39 cases were positive by fungal culture,The course of antifungal medications was 18-56 days,and showed effect from the first 5-7 day.The cured cased presented ucer healing and restored epithelia.All the cured cased had no recurrence during the follow-up.Conclusions Corneal smear examination is simple and effective in the early diagnosis of fungal keratitis,It is effect for early and mild cased of fungal keratitis treated by combined antifungal medications.
