食物过敏原特异性IgG检测在慢性荨麻疹中的临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨14种食物过敏原特异性IgG与慢性荨麻疹的关系. 方法 采用ELISA法检测97例慢性荨麻疹患者及25例正常人血清中14种食物过敏原特异性IgG,并对不同年龄、性别患者表达差别进行比较分析. 结果 慢性荨麻疹患者血清中14种食物过敏原特异性IgG的检测结果依次为:鸡蛋41.2%(51/97)、牛奶32.0%(31/97)、虾30.9%(30/97)、蟹19.6%(19/97)、小麦15.5%(15/97)、玉米11.3%(11/97)、鸡肉11.3%(11/97),西红柿8.2%(8/97)、大米6.2%(6/97)、鳕鱼6.2%(6/97)、蘑菇5.2%(5/97)、牛肉5.2%(5/97)、猪肉和大豆均为4.1%(4/97).0-14岁组阳性率高于其他年龄组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同性别阳性率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05). 结论 慢性荨麻疹患者血清食物特异性IgG升高,此检测在过敏性疾病的病因诊断及治疗方面具有重要的指导意义.

Abstract:Objective To explore the role of 14 kinds of food allergic specific IgG antibody in chronic urticaria. Methods Fourteen kinds of food allergic specific IgG antibodies were detected by ELISA method in 97 patients and 25 healthy controls.The degrees of allergization were observed according to sex and age.
