300例中药不良反应报告的分析

目的分析中药不良反应的反应特征,以为临床中的中药使用提供参考资料。方法对我院所接收的300例中药不良反应报告进行分析,探讨其不良反应和患者年龄、性别、药物品种、给药途径的关系,并总结其对系统和器官损害的主要临床表现。结果患者中药不良反应的出现和其性别的关联性不大,其中50岁以上的患者不良反应所占构成比最大,占到60.3%;其药物品种主要为注射剂、口服成药、口服草药以及外用;其中静脉注射所占构成比最大,达到49.3%;其临床表现主要有发热、皮疹、呼吸困难、恶心呕吐、意识不清等,累计系统和器官包括皮肤及其附件、消化系统、心血管系统、神经系统、呼吸系统等。结论中药所引起的不良反应原因比较复杂,必须对中药制剂的使用加强监测,才能有效的减少其不良反应的出现。

300 Cases of Adverse Drug Reaction Reporting and Analysis

Objective Analysis of adverse reaction of Chinese traditional medicine for clinical response characteristics,the medicinal use of references.Method To my courtyard received 300 cases of adverse drug reaction reporting analysis,discuss the adverse reactions and patient age,sex,drugs,routes of administration,and summarizes the system and organ damage are the main clinical manifestations.Result Patients with adverse reaction of Chinese traditional medicine and its gender relevance is not,in which patients above 50 years with adverse reactions accounted for the proportion the biggest,Accounted for 60.3%;the drug for the main varieties of injection,oral medicine,oral medicine and external use;in which intravenous occupied structure than the largest,reaching 49.3%;clinical manifestation fever,rash,the main difficulty in breathing,nausea and vomiting,unconsciousness,total system and organs including the skin and its appendages,digestive system,cardiovascular system,nervous system,respiratory system.Conclusion The adverse reactions caused by complicated factors,must strengthen the monitoring of the use of herbal preparations,can effectively reduce the adverse drug reactions appear.
