| 摘 要： | 目的探讨更昔洛韦治疗小儿EB病毒感染的临床疗效。方法将我院100例确诊EBV感染的患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,观察组给予更昔洛韦治疗,对照组给予利巴韦林治疗,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果观察组患儿的总有效率为96%,对照组患儿的总有效率为76%,观察组的总有效率显著高于对照组,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论更昔洛韦治疗小儿EB病毒感染的临床效果显著,药物安全、可靠,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore ganciclovir in treating pediatric clinical curative effect of EB virus infection.Methods Will be our hospital from 100 cases diagnosed EBV infection of children were randomly divided into observation group and control group the fifty cases,observation group was given ganciclovir treatment group,give ribavirin treatment,compared between the two groups of children with clinical curative effect.Results The observation group with the total effective rate is 96% and the control group with total effective rate was 76%,the total effective rate of the observation group is significantly higher than control group,two groups of comparisons,the difference is statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Ganciclovir in treating pediatric EB virus infection of clinical effect is remarkable,drug safety and reliable,it is worth clinical application. |
