阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症的临床疗效及安全性观察

目的探讨分析阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症临床疗效及安全性。方法选取我院收治的70例高脂血症患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果治疗4周及8周后的TC、TG、LDL-C水平与治疗前比较下降明显,而HDL-C则升高明显;治疗4周后的TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C总有效率明显低于治疗8周后,有明显的差异性(P<0.05)。治疗过程中监测肝肾功能示丙氨酸转氨酶轻微升高,余无明显变化,不良反应率为15.8%。结论阿托伐他汀治疗高脂血症临床效果显著,安全性高,具有良好的临床应用前景。

Observation on Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Atorvastatin Treating Hyperlipidemia

Objectives To explore and analyze clinical efficacy and safety of atorvastatin treating hyperlipidemia.Methods The clinical data of 70 patients with hyperlipidemia treated in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively.Results The blood lipid,the level of TC,TG,LDL-C 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment drops more obviously than that of before treatment,but HDL-C increases obviously.The total efficiency of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C after 4 weeks＇ treatment were lower evidently than that of 8 weeks after treatment,which has evident significance（P0.05）.Liver and kidney function shows that the alanine aminotransferase was rising slightly,the rest had no obvious change.The incidence of adverse reactions was15.8%.Conclusions Atorvastatin to treat hyperlipidemia has very obvious treatment effect and has high safety,which has a good prospect of clinical application.
