肾病综合症患者IL-2、IL-6水平测定

目的研究白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)在肾病综合症(NS)患者中的水平变化及其临床意义。方法采用特异性酶联免疫吸附实验检测40例体检健康者,30例NS发作组和28例NS缓解组患者血清中IL-2和IL-6水平及其动态变化。结果NS发作组IL-2及IL-6水平均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01)及NS缓解组(P<0.01),而NS缓解组IL-2及IL-6水平与正常对照组无显著性差异。结论研究提示IL-2及IL-6水平升高可作为NS活动性的检测指标。

IL-2 and IL-6 Levels in Nephrotic Syndrome Patients

Objective To investigate the significance of the change of IL-2 and IL-6 levels in nephrotic syndrome(NS) patients. Method The IL-2 and IL-6 levels in 58 NS and 40 normal controls(NC) were determined by enzyme linked immunosorbent assays (ELISA). Results The result showed the levels of IL-2 and IL-6 in nephrotic stage (n=30)were higher than those in nephrotic stage remission (n=28,P<0.01 )and those in NC (n=31 ,P<0.01). However,there was no difference of IL-2 and IL-6 levels between nephrotic stage remission group and NC group(P >0.05). Conclusion The study suggested that increased in levels of IL-2 and IL-6 could serve as an indicator of nephrotic syndrome activation.
