| 摘 要： | 白血病抑制因子于6 0年代末首次被发现。自1988年其抑制具有多向生长潜能的胚胎干细胞的分化作用被证实后,各国学者对于白血病抑制因子及其受体在女性生殖领域的作用展开了广泛的研究。现就其在女性生殖系统的表达、对早期胚胎发育、着床等的影响加以综述。

| Abstract: | Leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF)was first found in 60s. I n 1988, that LIF can inhibit differentiation of embryonic stem cells that have m ulti-directional growth potentials was proved. From then on, large amount of re searches were made i n order to find out its special functions in reproduction. The article viewed re lationship between LIF and female reproduction, such as expression in fe male reproductive system, how to influence development and implantation of e mbryo and so on. |
