| 摘 要： | 用自制的乳酸氧化酶配制乳酸测定酶试剂盒,并对酶试剂盒的临床测定方法学进行了研究。线性试验、回收试验、重复性试验、相关性试验及稳定性试验的结果证实制得的酶试剂盒符合临床测定要求。

| Abstract: | The lactate oxidase was formulated for the diagnostic kits to de-termine the lactate in serum.The clinical methodology of determination with the en-zymatic kit was studied.According to the results of tests of linearity,correlation,recovery rate,reproducibility and stability,the enzymatic kit met requirementsof clinical assay. |
