网脉橐吾的化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的 研究网脉橐吾(Ligularia dictyoneura)的化学成分。方法 应用色谱技术进行分离和纯化,采用MS,IR,NMR等波谱解析结构。结果 从网脉橐吾中分离鉴定4个化合物,分别为8β-羟基艾里莫,芬-7(11)-烯-12,8-内酯[8β-hydroxyerem0phil-7(ll)-en-12],8a-olide (I);3,3', 4', 7-tetramethoxyflavone (II);3,3',7-trihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone (Ⅲ);β-胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)。结论 I为新的天然产物,Ⅱ和Ⅲ为首次从橐吾属中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Ligularia dictyoneura. METHODS Various chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the constituents. Tlieir spectral data (MS, IR and NMR) were obtained for structure elucidation. RESULTS Four compounds were isolated from Ligularia dictyoneura and their structures were identified as 8p-hydroxyeremophil-7(11)-en-12, 8a-olide (I),3, 3',4',7-tetramethoxyflavone (E), 3, 3',7-trihydroxy-4'-methoxyflavone (Ⅲ), β-sitosterol (IV). CONCLUSION Compound I is a new natural product. Compounds Ⅱ and Ⅲ are obtained from genus Ligularia for the first time.
