| 摘 要： | 目的:2003年初SARS流行期间，广州市某中学出现学生群体发热现象，为摸清发病原因，迅速排查SARS，我们对该学校进行了详细的流行病学调查。方法:对每一位在调查之日前两周以内发热的学生作流行病学个案调查，并采集发热的学生咽漱液。结果全校在两周内(4月7-20日)有120名学生发热，罹患率为9．76％，发热学生分布在三个年级的20个班，其中初三(4)班最多，有26人。10份发热学生的咽漱液分离出3株甲3型流感病毒。结论:这是一起甲3型的流感爆发疫情，排除了SARS，稳定了人心.

| Abstract: | Objective During the pandemic period of SARS in early 2003, a large group of students had fever in a middle school in Guangzhou. We aimed to investigate the situation and to quickly eliminate the possibility of SARS. Method Individual investigation for the students who got fever in two week was conducted. Saliva specimens were collected for diagnosis. Results There were 120 students got fever in two weeks (April 7 to April 20), with an incident rate of 9.76%. The affected students were distributed in 20 classes in 3 grades. 10 saliva specimens were tested for influenza viruses, of which 3 were positive for H3N2. Conclusion This was a local outbreak of the H3N2 influenza, but not SARS. |
