长沙市男性老年人代谢综合征患病率及相关疾病的分析

目的]分析长沙市男性老年人代谢综合征（MS）患病率与心脑血管病及年龄、心脑血管病病死率的关系.方法]对4 027名老年人进行基线资料测量及血压和血脂及血糖检测,诊断MS,同时进行人口学因素及心脑血管病及心脑血管病病死率随访调查.结果]4 027名老年人中MS 805例,占20.0%.MS组心脑血管病患病率、心脑血管病病死率显著高于非MS组（P〈0.01,P〈0.05）.结论]老年人MS患病率高,患有MS的老年人心脑血管病患病率增高,在不同年龄之间存在差异.

Epidemiological Investigation on the Prevalence and Related Diseases of Metabolic Syndrome in Elderly Men in Changsha

Objective] To analyze the prevalence of metabolic syndrome（MS） in elderly men in Changsha and its relationship with the prevalence and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and age. Methods]In 2006, the baseline data of 4027 elderly people were investigated by epidemiological cohort study. Blood pressure, blood lipids and blood glucose were detected for the diagnosis of MS. At the same time, the demographic factors, the prevalence and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases were followed up. Results] Among 4027 elderly people, there was 805 cases with MS accounting for 20.0%. The prevalence and mortality of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in MS group were significantly higher than those in non-MS group（ P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05）. Conclusion] The prevalence rate of MS in elderly＇people is high. The prevalence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases in elderly people with MS increases, and there are differences between different age.
