| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中药引起的肝损,以提高临床医师对药物性肝损的认识.方法 选取我院72例中药药物性肝损病例,分析其临床表现、肝损的类型、程度和转归等特点.结果 72例药物性肝损中,胆汁瘀积型26例,占37.1%;肝细胞型25例,占35.8%;混合型19例,占27.1%(2例因ALP数据缺失,未予分型).引起的肝损程度以轻度～中度异常为主.治愈好转率为88.9%,病死率为6.9%.结论 中药引起的肝损临床表现无特异性,临床医师用药期应注意监测肝功能.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the clinical features of liver disease caused by traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The characteristics of 72 patients with drug-induced liver damage were retrospectively analyzed.Results Of 72 cases,25 patients(35.8%) were classified as hepatocellular, 26 patients(37.1%) as cholestatic injury,and 19 patients(27.1%) as mixed hepatitis. 88.9% of the cases were cured or relieved, while the mortality was 6.9%. Conclusion Liver disease caused by traditional Chinese medicine is of no specificity.The liver functions should be monitored during takening traditional Chinese medicine. |
