| 摘 要： | 目的:观察早期应用美托洛尔(商品名:倍他乐克)的疗效及护理体会。方法:选择30例急性心肌梗塞(AMI)患者,在胸痛12h内应用美托洛尔5mg静脉注射共3次,每次注射及间隔时间2~5min。结果:AMI急性期治疗组心脏事件(室性心律失常、心衰、猝死)的发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05~<0.001)。结论:在严密观察下急性心肌梗塞早期应用美托洛尔安全,并可明显降低急性期心脏事件发生率。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy and nursing of early applying metoprolol injection in acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:Thirty AMI patients treated with 5 mg metoprolol by mainline three time/d within 12 h after AMI.Results:The ratio of heart event(ventricular arrhythmia,heart failure,sudden death) was lower than those of control group(P<0.05~<0.001). Conclusion:Early applying metoprolol injection can reduce the ratio of heart event in acute myocardial infarction. |
