| 摘 要： | 目的:总结我院非甾体抗炎药临床应用特点,分析用药趋势。方法:统计我院2002年至2005年非甾体抗炎药应用类别、用药品种、金额,计算其用药频度,分析其变化及走势。结果及结论:合理用药趋势明显,不良反应较明显的吡唑酮类及苯胺类非甾体抗炎药临床应用逐年下降,选择性抑制COX-2的药物如萘丁美酮、尼美舒利等应用量不断增加。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To analyze the utilization situation and trend of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs(NSAIDs) in our hospital.METHODS: The utilization of NSAIDs in our hospital was analyzed statistically in terms of categories,varieties,consumption sum;the DDDs were computed and the variation and trend were analyzed.RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The use of NSAIDs was obviously rational.The consumption of pyrazolon and amidobenzene showing obvious adverse drug effects decreased year on year,while that of such drugs that have selective inhibition on COX-2 such as nabumetone,nimesulide etc.increased year on year. |
