乳腺浸润性导管癌组织C-erbB-2基因表达对预后的不同价值探讨

目的探讨乳腺浸润性导管癌组织中C—erbB—2表达与雌激素受体（ER）、孕激素受体（PR）、雌激素调节蛋白（PS-2）、临床分期、淋巴结转移的关系。方法乳腺浸润性导管癌患者73例，用免疫组化法进行ER、PR、PS-2、C-erbB-2来色，对每例患者进行肿瘤TNM分期和临床分期；对清扫的10枚以上淋巴结进行石蜡切片检查，对比各指标的关系。结果ER阴性组C-erbB-2的阳性率高于ER阳性组，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；PS-2阴性组C-erbB-2的阳性率高于PS-2阳性组，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；随临床分期增高，C-erbB-2的表达阳性率亦增高，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）；有腋淋巴结转移组C-erbB-2表达阳性率高于腋淋巴结阴性组，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论可根据ER、PR、PS-，2、C-erbB-2的不同预测价值，结合每例患者的临床分期、淋巴结转移、病理和免疫组化结果，作为制定个体化的综合治疗方案的重要参考依据。

Relationship between oncogene C-erbB-2 expression and prognosis of infiltrating breast ductal cancer

Objective To explore the expression of oncogene C-erbB-2 in infiltrating breast ductal cancer tissues and the relationship with estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),estrogen regulatory protein(PS-2),clinical stage,and axillary lymphnode involvement.Methods ER,PR,PS-2,and C-erbB-2 were stained by immunohistochemical technique.Pathological and clinical staging was carried out for every patient.The lymphnodes were examined pathohistologically.Results Tumors positive rate of ER-negative group was higher than that of ER-positive group(P < 0.05).Tumors positive rate of PS-2 negative group was higher than that of PS-2 positive group(P < 0.05).C-erbB-2 expression in infiltrating breast ductal cancer tissues was correlated positively with advanced clinical stages(P < 0.05).C-erbB-2 expression in axillary lymphnode involvement-positive group was higher than lymphnode-negative group(P < 0.05).Conclusion The values of ER,PR,PS-2,and C-erbB-2 in tumour tissue combining by each patient's clinical stage as well as pathological and immunohistochemical findings would be helpful to assessment and treatment of infiltrating breast ductal cancer.
