不典型结核性脑膜炎25例临床分析

目的 总结不典型结核性脑膜炎的诊断方法,以避免误诊.方法 结合临床表现、脑脊液、影像学等辅助检查,回顾性分析25例不典型结脑的临床资料.结果 25例患者临床表现多无特异性,与其它颅内感染及脑血管痛难以鉴别,只有综合分析,才能得以确诊.结论 在缺乏典型临床表现情况下,脑脊液反复检查可呈典型改变,影像学检查对诊断有重要意义.

Clinical analysis of atypical tuberculous meningitis: a report of 25 cases

Objective To summarize the diagnostic method of atypical tuberculous meningitis in order to avoid misdiagnosis. Mechods By means of clinical manifestations of cerebrospinal fluid and iconography examination,clinical data were analysed retrospectively in 25 patients with tuberculous meningitis. Results The clinical manifestations of 25 patients with tuberculous meningitis were not specific in its early and middle stages and often indistinguishable from other intracranial infections and stroke. A comprehensive consideration was necessitated in identification of the disease. Conclusion When lacking clinical manifestations of typical tuberculosis meningitis, the laboratory parameters CSF can be typical. Positive findings might be displayed in the repeated followup examinations. Iconography is important for confirmed diagnosis.
