图片介绍对剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉的效果观察

目的探讨图片介绍对剖宫产腰硬联合麻醉的最佳效果。方法将98例剖宫产手术病人随机分为研究组和对照组,各49例,研究组在病人手术前,将我科自制的图片（包括体位摆放、消毒、局麻、穿刺注药四个步骤）向病人介绍,并告知良好的麻醉效果与主动配合的重要性;对照组采用常规方法。结果两组干预后麻醉相关知识知晓率、麻醉配合程度率、一次穿刺成功率比较有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论通过医护人员的干预,不但使麻醉操作顺利进行,还使病人了解相关知识,减少并发症,增进医患沟通。

Influence of Nursing Intervention on Combined Spinal-Epidural Anesthesia in Cesarean Section
