通过对张仲景“血不利则为水”病机观点的分析,并结合临床与实验研究,探讨CRF形成血瘀的主要原因,分析CRF患者的瘀血症状,认为水停可以导致血瘀,血瘀又可以导致水停,二者互为因果、水瘀交阻是CRF的一个重要病机,在CRF病变过程中始终存在着瘀血倾向,因此提出采用化瘀利水法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的思路。
