摘    要:目前卒中后神经可塑性与运动功能恢复的关系已越来越受到重视。卒中后脑皮质重塑可代偿受损部位的功能,并已得到动物实验证实。功能性神经影像学技术已逐渐应用于评价神经可塑性。

Abstract:At present, the roles of neural plasticity and motor functional recovery in stroke have increasingly been paid attention to. The remodeling of cerebral cortex after stroke can complement the function of injured tissues, which has been confirmed by animal experiments. Functional neuroimaging technique has been gradually used in the evaluation of neural plasticity.
