| 摘 要： | 目的：评价64层螺旋CT（MSCT）检测肝血管疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法：29例临床初诊疑为肝血管疾病的患者，行64层MSCT后，对原始数据采用容积再现（VR）、最大密度投影（MIP）、多平面重建（MPR）、曲面重建（CPR）等后处理方法，根据结果来判断MSCT对肝血管疾病的预测价值。结果：29例都能清楚显影肝动脉、肝静脉及门静脉三维图像及病变结论64层螺旋CT肝血管造影，对肝血管疾病的诊断具有重要价值。

| Abstract: | AIM： This study is to assess the diagnostic value of 64-slice multislice computed tomography （MSC2;） angiography for vascular liver diseases. METHODS： Twenty-nine patients with a preliminary suspected diagnosis of vascular liver diseases were examined by 64-slice MSCT angiography. The preliminary data were processed and analyzed using various methods, including volume- rendered （VR） reconstruction, maximum intensity projection （MIP）, multiplanar reformation （MPR）, and curved multiplanar reformation （CPR）. The diagnostic value of 64-slice MSCT angiography for vascular liver diseases was assessed based on these analyses.RESULTS： The portal vein, hepatic vein, and hepatic artery were clearly detected by the 64-slice MSCT angiography in twenty-nine patients. CONCLUSION： 64-slice MSCT angiography has an important diagnostic value for vascular liver diseases |
