芦荟多糖的抗肿瘤作用

本文从现代医学对肿瘤的认识出发，结合祖国医药研究的宝贵经验，对芦荟多糖的抗肿瘤作用进行了初步的理论研究，采用荧光偏振技术，通过测膜荧光偏振度和微粘度的变化，反映膜脂流动性的大小，研究库拉索芦荟和木立芦荟多糖对荷瘤小鼠红细胞免疫的影响。与阴性组相比，尤以木立芦荟低剂量组效果最佳。结果表明，芦荟多糖确实具有增强S180小鼠体内红细胞免疫及抗肿瘤作用。
