靳三针结合麦肯基疗法治疗颈背肌筋膜疼痛综合征临床研究

【目的】观察靳三针结合麦肯基疗法(Mckenzie Mechanice)治疗颈背肌筋膜疼痛综合征(MPS)的临床疗效。【方法】将60例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用靳三针结合麦肯基疗法、拔罐疗法治疗,对照组只采用麦肯基疗法加拔罐疗法治疗。治疗1个疗程后,观察2组的临床疗效,并比较2组治疗前后视觉疼痛模拟量表(VAS)、健康状况调查问卷(SF-36)、功能障碍调查表(Roland-Morris)评分的变化情况。【结果】治疗组总有效率为93.3%,对照组总有效率为86.7%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗1个疗程后,VAS、SF-36、Roland-Morris评分均显著降低(与治疗前比较,P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后VAS、SF-36、Roland-Morris评分降低更显著(P<0.05)。【结论】靳三针结合麦肯基疗法加拔罐疗法能够改善MPS患者的疼痛症状,改善患者的健康状况,提高患者的行为能力,其疗效优于单纯麦肯基疗法加拔罐疗法治疗。

Clinical Study on Jin's Three-Needle Combined with Mckenzie Mechanice Therapy in Treating Nape Myofascial Pain Syndrome

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jin’s three-needle combined with Mckenzie Mechanice therapy for the treatment of nape myofascial pain syndrome(MPS).Methods Sixty nape MPS patients were equally randomized into treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with Jin’s three-needle combined with Mckenzie Mechanice therapy and cuppin therapy,and the control group was treated with Mckenzie Mechanice therapy,once every other day.Ten times constituted one treatment course.After one treatment course,therapeutic effect was evaluated,and the scores evaluated with visual analogue scale(VAS),health status questionnaire(SF-36) and functional disability questionnaire(Roland-Morris) were examined.Results The total effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment group and was 86.7% in the control group,the effect being better in the treatment group(P<0.05).After a course of treatment,the scores of VAS,SF-36,and Roland-Morris in both groups were decreased(P<0.05 compared with those before treatment),and the decrease was obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jin’s three-needle combined with Mckenzie Mechanice therapy and cupping therapy has better effect for the treatment of nape MPS than Mckenzie Mechanice therapy and cupping therapy by relieving pain and improving health state.
