胸腺肽联合抗生素治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作期的疗效

目的:探讨胸腺肽联合抗生素治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作期的疗效及其安全性。方法:老年慢性支气管炎急性发作期患者80例,随机分为治疗组40例和对照组40例,治疗组胸腺肽60mg/d静脉滴注,每日1次,7～10d为1个疗程,两组均采用常规抗感染、化痰、止咳等对症支持治疗。结果:治疗组显效27(67.5%)、好转12(30.0%)、无效1(2.5%),总有效率为97.5%;对照组显效11(27.5%)、好转18(45.0%)、无效11(27.5%),总有效率为72.5%。治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胸腺肽联合抗生素治疗老年慢性支气管炎急性发作期疗效肯定。

Efficiency of thymosin combined with antibiotics for acute stage of chronic bronchitis in elderly patients

Objective: To evaluate the efficiency and safety of thymosin combing with antibiotics for acute stage of chronic bronchitis in elderly patients.Methods:Elderly patients with acute stage of chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into treatment group(40 patients) and control group(40 patients).Both groups were given conventional anti-infective,resolving phlegm,inhibiting cough,and other symptomatic therapy.While the treatment group was also given intravenous drip of thymosin 60mg/d,once per day,and 7 to 10 days made a course of treatment.Results: In the treatment group,67.5% patients showed obvious improvements,30.0%(12)showed improvment、and 2.5%(1) showed no response.the corresponding number for the control group was 27.5%(11)45.0%(18)、27.5%(11).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.5%,significant higher than the 72.5% of the control group.Conclusions:Thymosin combing with antibiotics shows affirmative effects on chronic bronchitis.
