针灸对运动性免疫抑制大鼠白细胞介素2—干扰素—自然杀伤细胞免疫调节网及白细胞介素2受体的影响

摘    要:【目的】观察针灸对运动性免疫抑制大鼠白细胞介素2—干扰素—自然杀伤细胞(IL-2-IFN-NKC)免疫调节网及白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)的调节作用。【方法】采用长期大强度游泳训练法复制运动性免疫抑制大鼠模型,选用43只SD大鼠,按数字随机法分为3组:正常对照组、模型组、电针加艾灸组。对后2组大鼠进行大强度为期8周的游泳训练,针灸组自第2周起每次训练后实施电针、艾灸干预,测定各组大鼠体质量,血清r-IFN、IL-2、SIL-2R及血浆NKC水平的变化。【结果】与正常对照组比较,模型组的IL-2、r-IFN水平显著下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),NK细胞水平也有下降趋势(P﹥0.05),尽管电针加艾灸组的3项指标均出现下降,但与正常对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),且其r-IFN水平显著高于模型组(P<0.01);与正常对照组比较,模型组的大鼠体质量显著下降(P<0.01),SIL-2R水平显著升高(P<0.05),电针加艾灸组SIL-2R水平显著低于模型组(P<0.01)。【结论】针灸可在一定程度上阻止IL-2、r-IFN、NKC水平的下降,从而对运动性免疫抑制显示良性调节作用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of acupuncture and moxibustion(acup-moxibustion) on interleukin 2-interferon-natural killing cell(IL-2-IFN-NKC) immunoloregulation network and soluble interleukin 2 receptor(SIL-2R) of rats with exercise-induced immunosuppression.Methods Rats were given long-term high-intensity swimming exercise to establish the model of exercise-induced immunosuppression.Forty-three SD rats were randomized to normal control group,model group and acup-moxibustion group by using random number.The rats except for the normal control group were given high-intensity swimming exercise for 8 weeks,and the rats of acup-moxibustion group were given acup-moxibustion therapy from week 2 after swimming exercise.The changes of body weight,serum r-IFN,IL-2 and SIL-2R,and plasma NKC level were observed.Results Body weight,and serum IL-2 and r-IFN levels were decreased,and SIL-2R was increased in the model group(P<0.05 or P<0.01 compared with those in the normal control group),and NKC level showed decreasing trend(P>0.05).In acup-moxibustion group,serum r-IFN and IL-2 levels and NKC level were decreased compared with the normal control group(P>0.05),and serum r-IFN level was higher than that in the model group(P<0.05).Serum SIL-2R level was lower in acup-moxibustion group than that in the model group(P<0.01).Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion show certain regulatory effect on exercise-induced immunosuppression by counteracting the decrease of IL-2,r-IFN and NKC levels to certain degree.
