土茯苓对高尿酸症小鼠作用的研究

目的:观察土茯苓对酵母致高尿酸症小鼠的血清尿酸(UA)、肾功、胆固醇、甘油三酯等指标的影响,探讨寻找防治高尿酸血症的中药制剂。方法:80只昆明种小鼠随机分为4组,空白组、模型组、土茯苓组、别嘌呤醇组,除空白组外,其余组采用酵母造模,土茯苓组、别嘌呤醇组分别给予土茯苓(10g生药/kg)、别嘌呤醇(40mg/kg)灌胃,空白组及模型组灌胃等体积蒸馏水,7d后检测各组小鼠血中UA、肌酐、尿素氮、胆固醇、甘油三酯水平及黄嘌呤氧化酶(XOD)活性。结果:治疗7d后,与空白组相比,模型组小鼠血清UA、肌酐、胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿素氮水平均明显升高,XOD活性明显增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组相比,土茯苓组UA、肌酐、胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿素氮水平均有不同程度降低,XOD活性减弱,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05～0.01)。结论:土茯苓对高尿酸症小鼠尿酸有明显的治疗作用。

Preventive effect of glabrous greenbrier rhizome in hyperuricemic rats

Objective: To observe the influence of Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome on the kidney function、serum uric acid and triglyceride of hyperuricemic in rats.Methods:80 rats were randomly divided into four groups including control group,model control group,Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome treated group,and allopurinol treated group.Except the control group,hyperuricemic rat models were established by using yeast and adenine,then rats were treated with Sodium chloride,Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome,or allopurinol for 7 days.Uric acid,triglyceride,creatinin,serum urea nitrogen and xanthine oxidase in blood were detected.Results:Comparing with the control group,the levels of uric acid,triglyceride,creatinin,serum urea nitrogen and xanthine oxidase in blood of the model control group were all decreased.Comparing with the model control group,Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome treated groups showed decreased levels of uric acid,triglyceride,creatinin,serum urea nitrogen and xanthine oxidase as well as lee active XOD,showing significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusions:Glabrous Greenbrier Rhizome has a beneficial effect on hyperuricemic in rats.
