| 摘 要： | 目的:通过分析输尿管镜与肾镜在微创经皮肾穿刺取石术(mPCNL)治疗中的疗效与安全性,探究两种方式的疗效。方法:回顾性分析本院2009年1月～2010年12月收治的112例上尿路结石患者通过输尿管镜与肾镜在mPCNL治疗上尿路结石中的治疗效果。结果:观察组62例患者采用输尿管镜进行mPCNL治疗,对照组50例患者使用肾镜进行mPCNL治疗,两组比较有统计学意义。结论:采用输尿管镜进行mPCNL治疗上尿路结石具有良好疗效和安全性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To compare the efficacy and safety of ureteroscope and nephroscope for mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy(mPCNL)treatment.Methods:Clinical data of 112 patients with urinary calculus in our hospital from January 2009 to December 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.The effect of ureteroscope and nephroscope for mPCNL treatment on urolithiasis and safety were compared.Results:All 62 patients with mPCNL by ureteroscope in treatment group had significantly higher stone-removal rates comparing with 50 patients with nephroscope in control group.Conclusions: Ureteroscope and nephroscope for mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy treatment have satisfactory effect and safety. |
