膀胱全切回肠代膀胱造口手术的护理观察

目的:探究行膀胱全切回肠代膀胱造口术患者的术前和手术后护理,并总结护理并发症的方法。方法:回顾性分析我院2006年11月～2010年3月40例行膀胱全切回肠代膀胱造口(Bricker)术患者的术前和手术后护理方法。结果:患者术后产生回肠造口刺激性皮炎(40.0%)、尿瘘(2.5%)、造瘘口狭窄(17.5%)、尿道癌(5.0%)、切口裂开(12.5%),患者产生的并发症和产生原因均不同,采取有效护理措施以纠正原因,患者均康复。结论:患者手术前应注意实施心理护理,术后主要针对并发症给予护理,出现问题冷静分析,及时实施处理对策,利于患者术后的康复。

Nursing for cystectomy and ileal bladder stoma surgery

Objective: To explore nursing for cystectomy and ileal bladder stoma surgery,and summarize the treatment for complications.Methods:Clinical data of patients with cystectomy and ileal bladder stoma surgery admitted from November 2006 to March 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results:After surgery,patients had irritant dermatitis(40.0%),urinary fistula(2.5%),stoma stenosis(17.5%),urethral cancer(5.0%),wound dehiscence(12.5%).There were various complications and a variety of causes.All patients were in recovery after effective nursing.Conclusions:Psychological care should be implemented before surgery,and nursing was conducted based on complications after surgery.Accurate and promptly treatment is important for rehabilitation of patients.
