| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸水平与高血压早期肾损害的相关性考。方法:将2010年10月～2011年7月收治的高血压患者62例(高血压组)、肾损害患者51例(肾损害组)和健康体检者70例(健康对照组)作为研究对象。对所有患者采用免疫比浊法测定血清同型半胱氨酸水平,比较3组之间是否有差异,分析血清半胱氨酸水平与高血压早期肾损害的相关性。结果:高血压组、肾损害组的血清半胱氨酸水平均明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血清同型半胱氨酸能够早期判断高血压的肾脏损害,其可作为一种敏感指标。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine level and early renal damage of hypertension patients.Methods:A total of 62 cases with hypertension admitted in our hospital from 2010 October to 2011 July,51 cases with renal injury and 70 healthy cases were selected.Serum homocysteine levels were measured by immunoturbidimetric method to analyze the relationship between serum homocysteine level and early renal damage.Results:Serum homocysteine level of patients with renal damage was significantly higher than those in the control group(P< 0.05).Conclusion: Serum homocysteine can be used as a sensitive indicator for early diagnosis of renal damage of hypertension patients. |
