补中益气汤及益气升阳配伍对脾气虚大鼠药理效应的影响

【目的】观察补中益气汤及益气升阳配伍(黄芪—升麻、柴胡)对脾气虚大鼠药理效应的影响。【方法】采用大黄法、游泳力竭法、饥饿法3因素复合的方法复制脾气虚大鼠模型,造模成功后,将动物随机分成正常对照组、脾气虚模型组、补中益气汤组(12 g.kg-1.d-1)、益气升阳组(4.5 g.kg-1.d-1)和原方去益气升阳组(7.5 g.kg-1.d-1),给药14 d后测定各组大鼠胃黏膜血流量、肌酸激酶活性、D-木糖血清浓度及淀粉酶活性。【结果】与脾气虚模型组比较,补中益气汤组能显著提高脾气虚大鼠胃黏膜血流量、血清D-木糖浓度、淀粉酶活性及血清肌酸激酶活性(均P<0.05),而益气升阳组和原方去益气升阳组除了能显著提高淀粉酶活性外(P<0.05),对其他3项指标均无显著影响(P>0.05)。【结论】补中益气汤能有效改善脾气虚大鼠的相关药理指标,益气升阳配伍是方中不可或缺的重要组成部分。

Pharmacological Action of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Qi-strengthening and Yang-elevating Herbal Compatibility on Spleen-qi-deficiency Rats

Objective To study the pharmacological action of Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(BYD) and qi-strengthening and yang-elevating herbal compatibility of Radix Astragali,Rhizoma Cimicifugae,and Radix Bupleuri on spleen-qi-deficiency rats.Methods Spleen-qi-deficiency rat models were established by the combined method of gastric gavage of the decoction of Radix et Rhizoma Rhei,swimming-induced strength exhaustion by swimming and starvation.Rats were randomized into normal control group,model group,BHD group(in the dosage of 12 g·kg-1·d-1),qi-strengthening and yang-elevating herbs group(in the dosage of 4.5 g·kg-1·d-1),and BHD group with qi-strengthening and yang-elevating herbs removed(in the dosage of 7.5 g·kg-1·d-1).Gastric mucosal blood flow,serum creatine kinase activity,serum D-xylose content and amylase activity in rats were examined 14 days after the medication.Results Compared with the model group,BHD had an effect on increasing gastric mucosal blood flow,serum D-xylose content and amylase activity,and creatine kinase activity(P<0.05).Qi-strengthening and yang-elevating herbs,and BHD with Qi-strengthening and yang-elevating herbs removed had an effect on increasing amylase activity(P<0.05),but had no effect on other examination indexes(P>0.05).Conclusion BHD can effectively improve the pharmacological parameters of spleen-qi-deficiency rats,and qi-strengthening and yang-elevating herbal compatibility is the necessary composition of BHD.
