不同中医证型乳腺癌患者的预后因子表达研究

【目的】观察不同中医证型乳腺癌患者的预后因子的表达情况。【方法】研究血瘀型、肝郁脾虚型、肾阴虚型乳腺癌患者的预后因子情况,包括肿瘤TNM分期以及肿瘤组织雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)、表皮生长因子受体(Her-2)、乳腺癌抑癌基因p53、血管生成因子(VEGF)的表达,分析不同证型乳腺癌预后因子的差异,推断乳腺癌不同中医证型的预后情况。【结果】3个证型中,肿瘤的TNM分期,肿瘤组织的ER、PR、p53表达无显著性差异(P>0.05);肝郁脾虚型患者肿瘤组织的Her-2阳性率和VEGF阳性率最低(P<0.05);血瘀型患者肿瘤组织的Her-2阳性率和VEGF阳性率最高(P<0.05)。【结论】不同中医证型的乳腺癌患者的预后因子表达存在一定差异,肝郁脾虚型患者的预后不良因素最少,肾阴虚型患者次之,血瘀型患者的预后不良因素最多。

Studies on Expression of Prognostic Indicators in Breast Cancer Patients with Different Traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome Patterns

Objective To investigate the expression of prognostic indicators in breast cancer with different traditional Chinese medical syndrome patterns.Methods We analyzed the differences of prognostic indicators including Tumor Node Metastasis(TNM) staging and the expression of estrogen receptor(ER),progesterone receptor(PR),human epidermal growth factor receptor(Her-2),anti-oncogene p53,and vascular pidermal growth factor(VEGF) in tumor tissue of breast cancer patients with the syndromes of blood stasis,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency,and kidney yin deficiency,and explored the correlation of prognostic indicators with syndrome patterns in breast cancer patients.Results There were no significant differences of TNM staging and the expression of ER,PR and p53 among the three syndrome patterns.However,the syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency had the lowest Her-2 positive rate and VEGF positive rate,and blood stasis had the highest Her-2 positive rate and VEGF positive rate.Conclusion The expression of prognostic factors varies in different syndrome patterns of breast cancer patients.The syndrome of blood stasis has the most prognostic indicators,the syndrome of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency comes next,and kidney yin deficiency is the last.
