中医阻断方案对肺气虚体质反复呼吸道感染患儿免疫功能的影响

【目的】通过中医阻断方案治疗肺气虚体质的反复呼吸道感染患儿,观察其对肺气虚体质复感儿的免疫功能和微量元素的调节情况,进一步研究中医阻断优化方案。【方法】采用中药+穴位按摩的中医阻断干预方案,检测100例肺气虚体质复感儿治疗前后血清IgG、IgA、IgM及微量元素铁(Fe)、锌(Zn)的水平变化。【结果】中医阻断方案治疗3个月后,肺气虚体质复感儿的血清IgG、IgA及微量元素Fe、Zn水平较治疗前显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),而血清IgM水平无显著变化(P﹥0.05)。【结论】对肺气虚体质的复感儿采用中药+穴位按摩的中医阻断方案治疗,可以改善复感儿的体液免疫功能及微量元素水平,使患儿正气渐复,体质逐渐改善,向正常质改变,最终减少呼吸道感染次数。

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medical Blocking Scheme on Immune Function of Repeated Respiratory Tract Infection Children with Lung-qi Deficiency Constitution

Objective To observe the regulatory effect of traditional Chinese medical blocking scheme(TCMBS) on immune function and trace element of repeated respiratory tract infection(RRTI) children with lung-qi deficiency constitution,and to optimize TCMBS for RRTI.Methods One hundred RRTI children with lung-qi deficiency constitution received TCMBS,and TCMBS consisted of oral use of Chinese herbal medicine and acupoint massage.Before and after treatment,the serum levels of IgG,IgA,IgM,ferrum(Fe) and zincum(Zn) were monitored.Results After treatment for 3 months,serum IgG,IgA,Fe and Zn levels were obviously increased in the RRTI children with lung-qi deficiency constitution,the differences being significant(P<0.05 or P<0.01 compared with those before treatment).The change of IgM was not obvious(P﹥0.05).Conclusion TCMBS shows an effect on reducing the onset frequency of RRTI by improving humoral immune function and trace element levels to regulate the children’s constitution.
