跟骨关节内骨折内固定治疗临床分析

目的:分析探讨跟骨关节内骨折切开复位钢板内固定治疗的临床疗效。方法:收集90例跟骨关节内骨折患者,按入组编号随机分为观察组与对照组,每组45例,观察组患者应用切开复位钢板内固定治疗,而对照组采用传统切开复位法治疗,观察随访,比较两组患者临床疗效、并发症情况及骨折愈合时间。结果:观察组临床优良率86.67%明显优于对照组66.67%(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率8.89%明显低于对照组22.22%(P<0.05);且观察组骨折愈合时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:跟骨关节内骨折切开复位钢板内固定治疗效果肯定,可显著提高临床疗效,减少并发症,促进骨折早日愈合,值得临床推广应用。

Treatment of intra-articular calcaneal fractures with internal fixation with steel plate

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of internal fixation with steel plate for intra-articular calcaneal fractures.Methods:A total of 90 cases with intra-articular calcaneal fractures were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 45 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with internal fixation with steel plate while the control group was given the conventional cutting fixation method.Follow up was conducted to compare he clinical efficacy,incidence of complications and healing time between the two groups.Results:The excellent and good efficiency rate of the observation group was 86.67%,higher than 66.67% of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.89%,lower than 22.22% of the control group(P<0.05);and fracture healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Internal fixation with steel plate shows definite effects on intra-articular calcaneal fractures and it can significantly improve the clinical efficacy,reduce complications and promote early fracture healing,which is worthy of wide application in the clinical.
